1927 addition - Architect Charles Cellarius.  Two 1 3/4 story frame wings: 1 with crawl space basement, the other with 1st floor 2-car garage.  2 rooms added to each floor + 1 1/2 baths. Cedar shingle siding put on entire house. 1 fireplace closed. (Picture in file without trees in the way)  1947 - Formal garden with large slate terrace + pierced-brick walls on 3 sides was designed by Eleanor Christie of Mariemont .

Story 1: Frank Payne was Senior Warden of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, March 1948 - Jan 1961. Children Frank H. Payne Jr. (307 Terrace Place) & Betty (Payne) Kniffen (714 Yale & 2 Kent Circle).  Paynes bought 49 & 50 in 1924.
Story 2: John Gatch (625 Valley View) remembers living here until he was about 5 or 6 years old, next door to his aunt Ann Gatch (602 Miami), and now again on Valley View next door to his aunt Ann Gatch (635 Valley View).
