Description:
Story 1: House designed for client.
Story 2: See Village Views article on new subdivision proposal October 1985.  Detailed plans submitted by Rick Koehler for development of the Eveland lumber yard property: 12 houses on cul-de-sac with underground utilities.  Path to Wrenwood and Kent to be kept.  Rick Koehler decided to continue the college tradition in naming the street.  Rick's college (Kent State) and Sandy's (Miami) were already taken so he used Denison where his two sisters Jill Smith and Joddy Perry went.
