"Melvin was historian for Armstrong
chapel. He moved to Terrace Park in 1940. Wrote article for
Village Views on water works. Water Supply - Cinti. was
willing to supply water to Indian Hill provided Indian Hill (was) willing
to be annexed. Indian Hill declined and built own water works.
Terrace Park joined Indian Hill water works in 1940s. Indian Hill
provided water to Terrace Park (? by Esther Power)
