| Description: | 1 1/2 story red brick Sears catalogue house with distinctive sloped roof on front exterior, hipped gable roof. Original house had 2 stories, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, office, kitchen, full basement 26' x 26' and detached garage. Either "The Dover" (model years 1933-39) or "The Mansfield" (model years 1932-33). (page 311 in Houses by Mail for information probably on "The Dover".
