| Description: |
| Story1: | The Semple property was two full lots all the way to Elm and beautifully landscaped by Natorps. A lovely 2 colored dogwood, pink and white, is still in the 618 Home yard (1997) It must have been one of the earliest grafted specimens in the area, in since at least 1943. |
| Story2: | When Harry Semple died, Janet sold the house to the Dick Peerys. Part of the land was sold separately and 618 Home was built in 1961 on that land. |
| Story 3: | Ev Peery's sister was Ginny Brown (see 606 Home) |
