| Story 1: | This house was built by Dr. Robertson for his home and dental office. He had his office entrance on Amherst. His 1st wife was an invalid. His 2nd wife, Altha, had been a nurse to the 1st. The house was made into a 2 family house after the doctor's death. The dental office was made into Altha's bedroom and bath. The upstairs bath and kitchen were added at that time. |
| Story 2: | Dr. Robertson's 1st wife, Elizabeth Hoyt West, evidently died in 1913. She had owned some land, which was to be divided 5 ways: to Rebecca J. Beisel, aged 42 years, daughter (South West City, Missouri); to Catherine W. Robertson, aged 39 years, daughter Terrace Park OH); to Harriett W. Sibley, aged 36 years, daughter (Terrace Park OH); to Elizabeth W. Coaney, aged 29 years, daughter (St. Louis, Missouri); and to Samuel R. S. West, aged 32 years, son (Terrace Park). |
| Story 3: | Ann Gatch bought from Altha who then rented the upstairs from Ann. Later Sandy (Paul Pschesang's dental hygienist) and Jack Anderson rented the upstairs. Other renters according to Pat Fehl were Tom & Nancy Bachmann & Admiral Huddleston. Ann Gatch converted the home back to a 1 family house and then sold to the Greiners. |
