Story1: Dale Sonntag moved to Terrace Park in 1943 with her parents and sister, Dorothy.  They lived at 712 Lexington and 726 Floral before building and moving here.  She reports the information below about her parents and sister.
  Edwin Sonntag was Vice Mayor of Terrace Park (daughter says he said "Mayor of Vice"),  Head of R. L Polk Co. in Cincinnati.
  Edna belonged to local clubs, was on church council at St. Thomas Church and was Treasurer of Children's Hospital Coffee Shop.
  Dorothy was Assistant treasurer of WKRC, treasurer of the Neediest Kids of All of which she was one of the founders and St. Thomas Church Historian.  She had a     Ph. D. and taught geography at the University of Cincinnati.
Story 2: Dale Sonntag Johnsen reports the following about her husband Richard:  He is also a Ph. D. and taught thermodynamics at the University of Michigan and  was Head of the Graduate Engineering School there.  He is the author of 10 engineering books 1 of which is considered the Bible of thermodynamics.  His books have been translated into 14 languages.  He was an advisor/consultant to NASA in its early years.
