According to an affidavit, 9 January 1912.

Mary Gerold died intestate June 20, 1982, residence 304 E. Pearl Street, Cincinnati, Ohio.  She owned Lots 7-8-9 of Sibleys subdivision of lots 3&4 Camden City, Terrace Park , Hamilton County OH in Columbia Township, Section 23, Township 5, Fractional Range 2

Heirs: Louis H. Gerold, Daniel F. Gerold & Mamie H. (nee Gerold) Schorr - each get 1/3 of the estate. 

 

According to an affidavit: Charles W. Bruhl died, a resident of Terrace Park OH, 27 May,1925 leaving heirs: Catherine E. Bruhl, widow, Terrace Park OH, Arthur G. Bruhl, son, Zanesville OH, Clara Mary Magdalene Dowling, daughter, Cincinnati OH, Ida Theodora Fanger, daughter, Cincinnati OH, Catherine Ruth Bruhl, daughter, Terrace Park OH & Helen Regina Startsman, daughter, Terrace Park OH.  Real Estate: Lots 7 & 8 and the west part of 9 in Sibley's 1st subdivision, fronting 130 ft. on the south side of Oxford Avenue in Terrace Park.  Land to Catherine & at her death to be divided equally between the 5 children.  (Catherine Ruth Bruhl died before all that was settled so the 4 remaining children each inherited 1/4th. 

Catherine Bruhl died intestate March 19, 1926.  Also involved were several parcels of land in downtown Cincinnati OH.
