1970 - converted the garage into a living room (master bedroom in 2002) and added a carport to the rear.  1972 - 2nd floor bedrooms added (both F. Lee Stegemeyer).      1995 - breakfast room addition and kitchen redone.  2007 permit for Martha Rassi to DEMO remove existing structure (Fletcher Homes).  House destroyed.

Story1: Lee Stegemeyer was "editor" writer of the Cincinnati Enquirer's "About Stamps & Coins" column for 20 years, continuing even after moving to Florida.  Native and long time resident of Terrace Park (grew up at 903 Elm).  Fire Chief 9 years.
Story 2: According to Lucy Maish this house and theirs next door were kit houses built by Eveland using the same plans.
