Description: California redwood contemporary ranch.  Originally a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home.  Bed rooms were added and the  floor plan rearranged so that in the end it was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath home.  There are excellent large black and  white photos in the file of the front and back of the house as it was built in 1951.
Story1: Located in what was known as the Evelend Sub-division, developed by Harry Eveland.  Streets were dirt in 1953 when the Annetts bought the house.
