1963 - Charles Millard added an entrance hall, bath and family room on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd.  1969 - the Dereniuks upgraded the kitchen.  1970 - the Dereniuks added shutters to all windows and the front door.   1985 - the Dereniuks added a ramp with deck off the family room.

Description: Original style: "Cape Cod" and "Bungalow"  2 bedroom.  Had an icebox,  not a refrigerator.   
Story 1: Conflicting information from Bob Reuter in May 2007.  He says the original cost of the house was $2,200.00 and in 1939 his parents sold the house for $9,800.00.  
Story2: Gayle McKenzie Taylor (702 Floral) remembers living here as early as age 3.
Story 3:  Gayle went through 5th grade at Terrace Park before moving to Indian Hill.  Her mother was killed in a  terrible accident on Wooster Pike when Gayle was 21 years old, June 1963.
